What is FreeMC.Host?
FreeMC.Host is a new generation of Free Minecraft Server Host.
Back in May of 2018, @NickE#0085 had the vision to create a fairer Free Host.
Each user can have 3 Minecraft servers for free!
Start with 2 GB of RAM and earn more by joining Promoted Discord servers.
Your creativity shouldn't be limited by plugins and player slots limits.
On FreeMC.Host you can have as many plugins and players slots as you would like!
You don't have to renew your server. Just make sure you visit the website at least every two weeks.

How many plugins and player slots do I get?
You can upload as many plugins as your server can handle and set player slots to any number you desire.
Is it possible to change server's IP Address?
Of course, it is!

Can I use Votifier, RCON, Dynmap, ...?
When it comes to Votifier and RCON, absolutely! You will just need to get Additional Port on your server using Credits.
However, plugins which have Web interface, like Dynmap, are not supported on Free servers and are exclusive to Patrons.
How is that possible? Are there any advertisements? Am I sacrificing my privacy using this service?
There are Google AdSense Advertisements on Website and Panel. Advertisements are the main source of revenue that pays our bills.
All of this wouldn't have been possible without support from our Patrons who donate to us every month.
Website and Panel also make use of Arc - Peer-to-peer Content Delivery Network (CDN). By using FreeMC.Host, your device will cache small blocks of files, commonly used Styles, Fonts, Icons and Scripts by other websites. These files are then shared with other devices near you, visiting other Arc powered websites. That makes loading the website much faster.
That is all done without invading your privacy. Arc anonymizes all data.
If you have any privacy concerns, you can always opt-out by clicking the blue circle in the down-left corner of Website and Panel then clicking "opt-out". Arc pays back a small amount of their revenue to FreeMC.Host for helping expand this peer-to-peer sharing network, making the Internet faster.
Google Analytics is used to track page visits. This helps us know what pages get used and what do not.
User's IP Addresses are only logged in Website access logs. That gives FreeMC.Host Administrators insight into any potential Website attacks, so they can be blocked for best possible website performance.
Important user information gets saved in FreeMC.Host Database, such as Discord username, User ID, Panel Account ID, Minecraft Servers you've created and Joined Discord guilds.
If you wish to delete your account due to any privacy concerns, send your request to admin@mcshosting.co.uk email address.
Why does FreeMC.Host need access to my Discord account? What are all permissions used for?
FreeMC.Host is Discord centric community. That is why it uses Discord Authentication flow for simple one-click login experience.
When Authorizing with your Discord account, you get asked to give FreeMC.Host access to the following:
- Access your username and avatar - Basic user information - Username and tag, User ID - to keep track of who you are.
- Access your email address - Know what's your email address - So others can add you as Subuser to their server via your email address.
- Know what servers you're in - Used to track what promoted #ram Discord servers you joined to earn more RAM or remove RAM for leaving one of them.
- Join servers for you - Join you to FreeMC.Host Discord server automatically when you register.
We never get access to anything else other than above listed information. FreeMC.Host can't read or send messages on your behalf, doesn't know your Discord account password, nor has access to your email inbox!
